Brad has spent his career helping both big businesses and schools grow and succeed. He held leadership roles at major companies like Procter & Gamble and Boston Beer Company before shifting his focus to education.

Wanting to make a direct difference for students, Brad took a break from the corporate world to teach middle school math. That time in the classroom sparked his passion for making sure every student gets a fair shot at a great education.

As a founder and board member of Planting Seeds Education, Brad blends his business and marketing background with his firsthand teaching experience to support local youth.

Brad lives in the Greater Minneapolis area with his wife, Deb. In his free time, he loves hanging out with family, reading, playing basketball, and staying active by training for some crazy athletic event.

Brad has Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University, an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a Master's in Education from Western Governors University.
